My wife and I met Kim at an open house and although we were not interested in the house she was showing at the time we were impressed by her tact and knowledge of the house and area. Once we decided to get serious about buying a house we contacted her about representing us as a buyer’s agent. We¬† were not in a hurry and were particular about what we wanted but Kim continued to show us house after house and worked around our schedules. She was also very helpful in assesing value and negotiating on our behalf with the seller. Once we were under contract, her contacts for home inspection, financing, title company, and contractors all added to our positive experience. On our next real estate transaction (buying or selling) there is no doubt that we will be looking to Kim for representation as her experience and background proved to be invaluable.
